Discogs have a master release, which looks like a better solution.... [hears gnashing of teeth and rattling of distant keyboards]. And some general comments... We are in the age of multinational media companies, the manufacturing and distribution is not restricted by country so a 'country' field (singular) will cause problems. DVDs and Blu-Rays give a better solution in that you could filter on region code. Many European DVDs are manufactured for distribution within a number of different countries, only the covers change. Again a 'master release' would seem the way to go.
