The fact that the "value" that is most prominently displayed is that for the kind of copy most of us 78 rpm collectors rarely ever even see, a copy in Near Mint condition, also creates the wrong impression. The typical ebay seller won't bother with such subtleties as Condition, Condition, Condition, and think his/her worn copy needs to be priced the same as a Near Mint one "because it says so on 45worlds."
