I've been adding a number of books these past few days and about a quarter of them have no DDC number listed on the OCLC database, only LCC codes which we can't enter (and some books had no listing at all). And I'm noticing that DDC's aren't consistent and will differ between books that are clearly of the same genre. If there's going to be a science fiction option given in the drop-down there has to be a western option too as that's a major genre. I know it's possible to get too detailed, but you got one, you need to have the other. There should also be a category for Plays too.
