Mods can answer the overall question (and I'd be curious myself) though I have seen one-off broadcasts indexed here, so possibly. If a pilot airs ahead of a series - but not as its first regular episode - the way I've usually handled it is to mention the pilot in the notes for the series. So, for example, the pilot for the Six Million Dollar Man aired in the spring of 1973, followed by two more TV movies in the fall of 1973. But the series is indexed here as beginning in 1974 as that's when it debuted as a regular weekly series, but the pilot films are mentioned in the notes. On the other hand, the second pilot for Star Trek TOS aired as its third episode, so it's incorporated into the run (but the first pilot, while incorporated into a two-part episode, never aired in its original form until the late 1980s, so whether its broadcast can be indexed on its own, that's a question for the mods).
