Topic: two bands with the same name... HOW?

When there are 2 artists with the same name, how does 45worlds figure out which band gets an extra word added to its name to discern between them? I ask because in CD albums both Crowbar bands appear to have items beginning in 1992 but the Canadian group has the added [Canada] to discern between them.
BUT...
In Vinyl albums the original, one and only Crowbar is called Crowbar.
SO...
between the two worlds, the real and first Crowbar has 2 different names.
AND...
this carries over in Tape media where the real Crowbar is called Crowbar.
Being Canadian may make me look biased, and I probably am, but I believe the other Crowbar should have the extra delineation.
