It's an album of children's records from 1939. Back then, it was quite popular, so it shouldn't be too rare. Overall, children's records are not considered to be particularly collectable or valuable. There are, however, some people who specifically collect children's records, and if you have an album and records in unusually good condition, they might offer you more than a few dollars. That said, this site is not a marketplace, but a place where collectors can learn about their records.
