gregs45s SUBS 12th Aug 2015		Cassette Album Enya - Enya (1986)	Added scans of my copy in which the cassette differs,and it has a barcode,not sure if Iggypig's does,MODS : If Iggypig's doesn't have a barcode do we separate entries on tapes,i.e two separate listings,one with barcode and one without?,if so give us a shout and i'll re-enter it as a separate entry.
gregs45s SUBS 19th May 2015		Cassette Album John Lennon - Imagine (1971)	Firstly,let me apologise for the condition,i found this whilst rummaging through an old box of tapes today and thought it might be worth adding to the site(i'm sure someone will have a tidier copy to replace these images,as usual,feel free to change any/all pics).I don't know a great deal about tapes,so i have a few queries...Is this from 1971?(it doesn't resemble any on Discogs),is this UK?(it has "made in U.S.A." on the actual cassette),and EMI or Apple?(there's no Apple logo).I notice it's printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. BTW...20,00TH image on this world:)
gregs45s SUBS 4th Mar 2015		Cassette Album The Beach Boys - The Capitol Years	Ideally,it would have been good to have two rows of 3 cassettes (6 in total ) giving a complete picture as in image 647228,but i can see the problem here,all the images vary in width,so,whereas you normally get 5 images in a row,the narrowness of the cassettes lets you fit in 7 across,this was the problem i had when uploading the images originally,i.e what order to load them so that the two rows of three were immediately above each other.Don't worry for now TP,it looks fine,and many thanks for the try,it's one to come back to on a rainy day:)

There is rarely any music on them at all,and they really should be considered as "books",do they have a place here?. PS.I believe that a good percentage of all (mainly fiction) books are still issued on cassette,as they are aimed at mainly the elderly,infirm,sight impaired who still have a use for them,just a word of warning,i deal with 100's of these in the charity shops where i volunteer,it could be a real "can of worms"!.

gregs45s SUBS 2nd Apr 2014		Cassette Album ABBA - ABBA Live (1986)	Interesting,apparently this was the first album from ABBA to be released simultaneously on LP and CD.The CD (1986) also,has three extra tracks.When released (when ABBA's popularity was at an all time low) the album did not perform very well,peaking at #49 in the Swedish charts,were it remained for just two weeks.Fans dislike the album,due to overdubbed 80's synth drums being used.
