 This format was the first time I heard this great album. I became so accustomed to,,"Misery" being the first song the original LP seemed alien to me. The stereo is wonderful too.

That was in 1972.

I can certainly imagine those who remembered the original mono album would have thought this sounded strange.

I was overjoyed to find a copy on 8-track again, even if it was housed in a sleeve for, "Help!"!

 I have dated this to 1972, as per this, and because everything adds up including the 1E number. I presume it has a gold inlay.
