I bought my first 45 in 1963 (Little Stevie Wonder's "Fingertips" on Tamla — 98c at the A&P!), but only really began seriously collecting records since 1967.

annaloog ● 6th Apr 2019		Cassette Album Various Artists - Tchaikovsky 3	I'd think that the artist name for these Reader's Digest comps is "various".
annaloog ● 6th Apr 2019		Reel-to-Reel Carly Simon - Anticipation	Elektra switched for tape duplication from Ampex to Magtec, a new (to me at the time) tape duplication firm. I obtained my copy by mail from Columbia House. And yes, not cheap.
annaloog ● 6th Apr 2019		Cassette Single Cream - Sunshine Of Your Love	This is more in the nature of a cassette 'EP' than a 'single' ... I'm not certain what angle Ampex was going for with this series of cassettes, but they had disappeared from retail stores not long after I bought this copy new in Jun 1974. The "ruined" backing card had really crappy graphics as I recall, and got tossed. I created my own graphical (computer/printed) inlay for insertion in a Philips box, which, naturally, won't be uploaded here.
annaloog ● 17th Apr 2017		Reel-to-Reel Teddy Charles - Vibe-rations	Release date given as 1 Dec 1957 on Andy Finney's Elektra discography (about ⅔ down the page), although that might be for the (putative) tape release of the full album.
