| Spelling mistakes on label |

 | An6y66 Member since Jul 2012 1817 Points | Im currently working my way through my dad's foreign beatles collection nd have noticed that most of them where english is not the language of the country have spelling mistakes on the label. When i add them shall i type the labels as spelt on the label or correct them and place a note in that the tracks are miss-spelt on the label? |

| An6y66 Member since Jul 2012 1817 Points | There are a few records turning up now where the label and the sleeve disagree on the tracklisting [img][/img] Shows B3 as 'I'm only dreaming' whilst the sleeve say 'Dreaming of 4000'The sleeve is the correct title and the label a mistake but in these cases should the sleeve's track listing be the one represented or not? Oh and... [img][/img]  [img][/img] Two label variants; one shows the track MAMA the other has MOMMA |

Member since Feb 2012 7198 Points Moderator | Use the title you think is most accurate, or most likely to be if you don't know which is which (it may not be obvious on some of the more obscure records), and mention the alternative spelling(s) or title(s) in the Notes or Comments as appropriate. |
