Let's try that again (original post accidentally deleted) . . .
Because of there being so many sub-variants in use of the 2-eye design, it is imperative to sort everything out, as many record price guides (i.e. Goldmine) have adopted a one-size-fits-all dating that in many cases (especially with reissue pressings) is all but inaccurate. Here I seek to straighten out as best as I could, with what is now on hand (you may have to click on some of the links to see the images):
(1962-63) - mono "Guaranteed High Fidelity" in Venus Medium, stereo " '360 Sound' Stereo '360 Sound' " without arrows
(1963 - c. Aug 1965) - mono "Guaranteed High Fidelity" in smaller Copperplate Gothic Bold Condensed, stereo has arrows added on each edge
(Aug. - c.Dec 1965) - both mono and stereo releases now have "360 SOUND" and arrows, all in white print; walking eye between "MARCAS" and "REG." Printed on Kromekote cast-coasted paper stock.
(c.late 1965-early 1966) - using "Masterworks" label artwork, only with "MASTERWORKS" as above COLUMBIA name taken out (confirmed for STEREO labels only, no known MONO's with such rim print); printed on uncoated paper stock.
(c.Jan 1966 - Jan 1967) - positioning of COLUMBIA, two eyes, and spacing/alignment of MONO and STEREO all from Masterworks label
(Feb - Mar 1967) same as above, except "NONBREAKABLE" stricken from below cat. # on left side of label copy
(late March - c.Sep 1967) - "360 Sound" and arrows stricken from mono labels, small walking eye in curved rim print at bottom changed and positioned between " 'COLUMBIA' " and "MARCAS..."; other than this modification, same as 1965 version
(c.Sep-Oct 1967 - Jun 1970 [ for new releases ]) - same as above, except small "walking eye" in rim print is a few thousandths of an inch bigger than in previous example, and " 'COLUMBIA', " and "MARCAS REG. PRINTED IN U.S.A." both cobbled from Columbia Masterworks label (as, on stereo label, are the ' "360 Sound" 's); after Nov 1967, label blanks printed on coated rather than uncoated stock (used on deep-catalogue LP's till late 1970 {for stereo} and up to 1972 {for mono})

That is also helpful to date a reprint/reissue copy. On another site a 1970 reprint of Simon & Garfunkel's first album (I know it was 1970 because the type both atop the spindle hole and the left and right sides was new) was misdated as 1965!
The Columbia page here conflates the US Columbia with the UK and related EMI Columbia which are 2 different legal entities. They should be separated and if anything that main page cited should have CBS inserted otherwise it all gets a bit confusing.
