Copy paste function

Remember you can always speed this up by opening the existing album in one window and a new entry in a second window - use the copy and paste function to transfer information across (CHECKING THAT IT IS THE SAME ON BOTH RELEASE FIRST OF COURSE) - not perfect but pretty quick with keyboard shortcuts etc (CTRL/C & CTRL/V).
