If an LP is released on two related, but different, labels such as Capitol and Capitol Starline should they be entered as two separate listings?

I think this can be at your discretion. Are the catalogue numbers the same?

If the label name changes -- even if the catalogue number stays the same -- it should be two separate entries

In this specific case, I've done several Starline, and I've always made them separate. The digital part of the number usually is the same, but the prefix usually does change. Also, occasionally the starline reissue does have fewer tracks.

Another similar one would be the Columbia Special Products reissues of Columbia and Epic releases. I have been treating those as a separate entry also.

Other labels, as Juke Jules implies. I treat on a case-by case basis
