I always find if they try to remake a show built around a personality, it fails. Kojak, for example, or the recent attempt at Ironside and Denzel Washington's Equalizer movie. |

| Trainman Trainman Member since Jun 2014 2559 Points Moderator | They're trying to cash in on the popularity of the earlier show, and I think it's disgusting! Come up with a new title and they may have a good show. Try to copy the old program and they're guaranteed to fail, not to mention (expletive deleted) off the fans of the original. |

| 23skidoo Member since Jul 2014 4061 Points | @Trainman. They refuse to learn any lessons from past failures. Since this thread was started they've also announced another A-Team remake and the guy behind Fast and the Furious is apparently going to try and remake MacGyver. |
