Italdisc of New York

I was recently given a bunch of Italian records that were bought by my grandfather back in the 50s, and among these are a number of records pressed by an Italdisc of New York, that appears to have been primarily an American distributor for Teddy Reno's CGD records of Italy. This is not the same Italdisc based in Italy that later released 45s and LPs by Mina, though apparently the Italian label was founded by Davide Matalon, who was involved with the American Italdisc.

I can find very little reference to this label online and I'm not sure what to do in terms of dating them, as so far as I can tell by the partial CGD discography at the Italian Wikipedia (and by the matrix numbers), Italdisc played mix and match with sides released on different records by CGD. Does anyone out there have any info about this label?

My scanner can't do 78s, but here are a couple poorly taken photos of these discs:
