| Beatles on various artists compilations |

I'm not including the Tony Sheridan or any from the Decca sessions. They released only 13 studio albums in the UK before they broke up.. Some live LPs were subsequently released. There are well over 1200 LPs on 45worlds from around the world including compilation albums.. |

"While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was on the Withnail & I film soundtrack, while "Across the Universe" was on the World Wildlife Fund LP (not a comp, I don't think, but Various Artists anyway). Also George Martin retrospectives I believe (CD era) and probably a few others. I seem to remember some 'history of EMI' album - can't recall the details. |
