See if you can buy it cheap
Classical is great for when you're doing the household chores, as I find with other music I get too involved in the music, get distracted, and it takes an age to do... but classical just propels the whole process along nicely.
(Also good for when you're reading the papers on a Saturday or Sunday, or just want something that has no bearing to any recent history, the world, and the people in it - like stepping out of time for a spell )
I just picked up a clutch of albums from Oxfam, who were having a clear out due to too much classical - 10 albums for 99p! - I let them keep the penny - and then found three box sets in Demelza, two of which were 49p, the other £1.49.... rrrrrrresult!
(One of the albums appears to be signed too - a short squiggle type sig which I think is either Baumgartner, or Schneiderhan - Hope it's Baumgartner, as Schneiderhan was a Nazi, and I'm not sure how I feel about that - brilliant violinist as he was )

Thanks Xiph...
...my scanner's down at the moment, so can't get an image on at the moment, but the record I have this possible signature on is a more recent DG (I have owned it), and the signature is more of one of those more modern "initialled" style cursory squiggle ones, so not easy to compare with existing examples of either Baumgartner or Schneiderhan's "long form" signature... it's also in blue felt, so it does seem odd to me.
(I'll be giving my scanner a few whacks in the new year )
