I don't mind saying that some images on this site are un-site-ly. I want mine to be the best and I'm frustrated about the SKEW feature in paint.net. It doesn't work for me. My question is:

Which program can you suggest for easy and accurate skewing?
Please don't mention photoshop. I have no access to adobe products.

We cover this in part 2 of the tutorial you'll find in the Improving Your Images ! thread. It uses the program JpegView which is free. My last contribution at the end of that thread links to a similar tutorial has been written recently to explain how to deskew a rectangle in more detail in single steps .
