Monthly points still ticking over - slowly. BUT have these two 'charts' both become rather stagnant, with the daily updates a big watch for anyone who may follow them closely. Secondly the monthly list clearly and logically (usually) reflects the accumulated weekly situation after, or 3 to 4 weeks, later. We see the same 30, 40, or perhaps 50 contributors (myself included) over and over, whereas I and thousands of others, I believe, joined this site as a reference source and to add items to in near equal amounts. So to see ever changing names in these list a year ago, I was pleased to start my journey here, with the hope that hundreds of others would do the same. Now a change to 1 weekly 'chart' only changing once a week, - like most other popular charts - even the 'all points' and 'other world' lists too, may show a little more dynamic activity yet the points accumulated/ alloted would still amass in the same numbers totally. May it actually need less work overall? Credit then to 'mikewn' and 'tedpollo', both members less than 2 years I see. Also a nod to 'gregs45s' and others on New Landing Page forum who in some way express support for the "basis of this site" (members adding items). That is the whole point of my post, hope it made some sense somewhere. |

 | Orbiting Cat ● Member since Jan 2008 1188 Points Administrator | Top Weekly Members page should be working fine. I will check again for any problems. We've now updated the 45worlds homepage so it shows latest added items directly on the homepage. |
