These red label columbias not many owners (like 1 ) on Discogs. I suspect they sold less well, were trashed in the war or thereafter. The last place I saw lots of piles of 78s on sale was in Otley , W Yorkshire in a barn of a building that is probably now demolished. There used to be lots too in charity and antique shops in the cornish holiday village locations (and redruth) . Unless you trawl past ebay sales (and present) I dont think it is going to be easy to find them

There are plenty of 78's still out there I advertise in the local Free Ad's, trawl car boots/record fairs and ask vinyl collectors to look out for them as they often pick them up with a vinyl collection and just want shot of them.
So that's how my garage and a storage unit are full of thousands of them.
