Member since Sep 2011 7552 Points | I was on another forum this morning discussing hobbies and I said mine were cycling and collecting cassette tapes. I got a message from another member asking "what are cassette tapes?" So I explained about what we listened to before the days of Spotify etc and he sent me a picture of a Memorex 90 that he'd found on Google. We've exchanged messages about how to play them but I'm not sure I've lured him over to the Dark Side yet. |

A colleague was tellling us about the students living next to her who were, shall we say, somewhat anti-social. My colleague said, "It looks like they're trying to re-create Woodstock in the the front garden". Our manager, who was as thick as a docker's butty, said, "What's a woodstock?" |

My dear wife reckons she always thought that the Woodstock festival was held at Woodstock, Oxfordshire near Blenheim Palace. I'm hoping she's pulling my leg. |
