Self adding entries

	Malcyramone SUBS Remember the good old 1980's? Member since Sep 2011 7690 Points	Several times now and entry has added itself while I'm only halfway through typing the details and nowhere neat the 'Submit This Tape' button. Anybody else having this problem?
