Should this be Ariel ?

From 78s-The Labels

ARIEL
The Ariel Grand Record. Two designs:
(a)Recorded in London. Pressed in Prussia. (b) Made in England.

Released by Messrs J.G.Graves of Sheffield, England. This was a department store which did mail order.

Period: 1910 to 1938.

Masters: From Jumbo, Favorite, Beka, Imprial, Zonophone and Parliophone.
Size: The 10-inch were called ‘Grand' records, the 12 inch ‘Concert' records.

I see no reason to doubt the information above , but it makes identifying any performers on these difficult at least.

So should one put Grand/Concert in Notes and leave Ariel as the Lable title ?

The info is correct. There was a series of articles on Ariel records in 'Hillandale' magazine in the early 1990s. Ariel never produced anything original, all records came from companies like you've listed. One thing that made these records popular was that they were available on 'easy payment' terms.
