 | Graham7 Member since Apr 2012 6406 Points Moderator | I just added a 10", and forgot to put the date in. When I did add it later, I was shown a full list back to 1901 to choose from. Maybe this is a bug to fix? |

| thatsunday Member since Jun 2009 14698 Points Moderator | oh dear, I thought "promo disappeared" meant the format but no the whole entry... I entered a promo double pack with 9(!) tracks and it was visible (without format) until I tried to add images. Odd: it's in the event log: 0008174 13-Jan-13 11:54 thatsunday added record amcapromo4 and it was approved: 0008175 13-Jan-13 11:55 Billy Two mod approved record amcapromo4 I re-entered the release as a double pack for the moment, but don't dare to change the format. |

I can certainly vouch for that MannyG and Thatsunday in that their promo's didn't appear. Plus every 12" that MannyG added as "promo" reverted to a blank when entered. I'm baffled as well !! |

| Billy Two Matthew 7:7 Member since Nov 2008 3210 Points Moderator | Will do, OC ! While you're here, could you have a look at the Guide To Adding Records, please ? It's missing the bit about how to add Producer credits : Producer and Arranger credits Enter the names the same as writing credits. Once again don't use – , / , & or And to separate names even if they appear on the label. No need to type Produced By or Arranged By - just the name will do. If the label says Musical Director or Director enter that name as the arranger, it's just another term for the same thing. Any additional label or sleeve information you think is interesting can be entered into notes or left as a comment. |
