I have a Paul McCartney CD single where it states "Manufactured and distributed by EMI Music Group Australasia". So which country do I put this one under?

Can we have Austria, please.
I have a 3" CD Single, BIEM/STEMRA, LC 0149, CBS 654571 3, CB 611, CD-MS,
by The Byrds, 1989.
The mini Disc has "Made in Austria" on outer edge.
I can certainly add Austria but it sounds from that description that it should be entered under Europe. BIEM / STEMRA and multiple catalogue numbers being clues that it was a pan Europena release.

.....so please proceed with Austria as a Country.
....here's the item I have from Discogs page, (not by me, though), and in the same series 'SOLID GOLD' it lists another sixteen titles, of which I have one other, TOTO.
I will enter The Byrds wherever you say, but I feel that a lot of these others will show up, sooner or later.
Europe, Leonard Cohen, Meatloaf, The Jacksons, Jennifer Rush, George Michael, Alison Moyet, Sade, Boston, Santana, Scott McKenzie, Albert Hammond, Billy Swan, Ram Jam, and Blood, Sweat & Tears.

I want to add a"RAZORLIGHT" CD single.
On the actual CD it states "Made in the EU" (so I would normally enter it under "Europe"), BUT..it also says "BIEM / SABAM", so do I enter it as a European release or Belgian?
