It's no big secret, the rep is just a total of all the things you've added to the website, which each type of thing having a different weighting. The word "Rep" is a bit ambiguous, so we're looking for using a different word, maybe "karma" or "reputation" or something.

According to Wiki it's "a female partner one is romantically and/or sexually involved with. It can also refer to a female friend."
