Having fished 20 cases CD Singles mostly of the Gangsta Rap type that I have zero interest in and even less knowledge of , once I have scanned and added these do I keep the cases and recycle the inlay cards and plastic recycle the discs , or is there any minor ( or substantial ) value that my local Oxfam ( which is re-opening in relocated premises soon ) can extract from them. I somewhat fail to see what anyone might want to part with 10p even for one , unless they are a completist collector

There are people who'd think exactly the same about some of the vinyl on 45cat.
I'd donate them. It's strange though, how some charity shops will sell 45s at (say) 25p or 50p, but charge a higher and unvarying amount for anything on CD - regardless of whether it's an album or single.

I think in the first instance a community radio station is going to get first refusal ,( to play / sell / give away / pass onto a nearish charity music and book specialist outlet ). Thanks for the comments they have helped and the radio station appeared on my radar after I posed the question.

I counted there are 32 of them.
Now picked up another 30 odd this time some still shrinkwrapped promos , mostly 'urban' ? sounds - anyone want them I cannot see the radio station wanting even these + a 12" singlle and an a 10" single in plain jacket and I have no time to scan or list them , I will clean as they were in with a bag of potato peelings and tea leaves ( my wonderful neighbours !)
