Notes
Anthology which lasted for two series. Each story was either 4 or 6 episodes long and was shown twice a week except the last one which was combined as a TV movie.
The Thames intro was a night scene for this series.

| OldMod67 2nd Nov 2018 | FYI Early in the series was the story Quiet As A Nun, based on the novel by Antonia Fraser. This featured the Jemima Shore character, later to expand into a Jemima Shore Investigates series featuring Patricia Hodge in the lead role instead of Maria Aitken . This story is one of those 'behind the sofa' moments for people of a certain age (like me!) | |
