TV Series
Notes This short-lived western series presented an unusual twist to the genre. It was set in the early days of World War I - and so war-related storylines were included - and due to the setting the heroes used a fancy automobile (the titular Bearcat) rather than horses to get around. Preceded by the 1971 made for TV film Powderkeg, which served as the pilot. Despite heavy promotion, the series was cancelled after only 13 episodes. Images
