Notes

From 1983-1994 Friday Night Videos was the NBC network's answer to MTV, airing music videos in a weekly late night timeslot. Initially the series had no on-screen host, then in 1985 it began to feature celebrity guest hosts and in 1990 an edited down rebroadcast was added to the Saturday morning schedule. Also in 1990 it began to feature regular on-screen performers in bumper segments. In 1994 the series was retitled Friday Night and reformatted as a variety/talk show hosted by Cho and Saver. In 2001 the series transformed into a stand-up comedy showcase series titled Late Friday. There was also a short-lived spin-off, Saturday Morning Videos (unrelated to the aforementioned rebroadcasts).
