Notes

Followed in 2015 by a sequel series with some original cast members titled Heroes Reborn.

A spin-off series titled Heroes: Origins was announced for broadcast during the 2008 summer season. The mini-series would have featured new superhero characters and viewers would have chosen one to appear in the main series. Plans for the series were cancelled in part due to the 2007 Writers Guild of America strike.

23skidoo 22nd Jun 2015		Over on the listing for The X-Files, the decision was made not to give an end date for the series as a revival is going to air in 2016. Given that Heroes is also going to be coming back soon with a revival series, should the 2010 end date be removed here as well? Yes, the new series I believe is titled Heroes Reborn, but Torchwood also carried different titles during its run and we have only one show listed. Thoughts? (I did leave a query over on the X-Files page in case that wasn't a proper decision; but we do list Doctor Who as a single series, not two, so there is precedent.)
