Notes

This short-lived sitcom starred the Canadian comedy duo Wayne & Shuster, who had risen to some popularity in the US thanks to their many appearances on Toast of the Town/The Ed Sullivan Show, where they performed elaborate comedy skits. They also hosted their own monthly TV series on the CBC in Canada. This was the duo's only attempt at an American TV series. After it failed after 13 episodes, they continued to appear regularly on CBC television until Wayne's death in 1990, after which Shuster continued to host retrospectives and compilation specials until his death in 2002.

23skidoo 2nd Jan 2019		A slight correction to the Notes I wrote: this was Wayne and Shuster's only scripted American series. They did do a set of specials for CBS ("An Affectionate Look") in the early 1960s but it wasn't intended to be an ongoing series.
