Notes

Minipops was aimed for the younger viewers. The music performances were on a brightly colored set featuring children as young has 4 years olds to 12 years old. Children would sing pop music and older classics and would be heavily make up to look like the originator singers. The show was canceled after one series due controversy of children singing adult themed songs, in adult costumes and make-up. There was 1 series with 6 episodes.

23skidoo 19th Nov 2015		I had no idea there was a TV series about this! I remember the Minipops albums were very popular but also very disturbing. Seeing a little girl singing Sheena Easton's Morning Train (as in the clip posted below) is bad enough, but someone actually thought having a little girl performing Olivia Newton-John's Physical was a good idea!
