Notes

Revival of the 1966-1973 series with original actor Peter Graves reprising his original role (and others from the original series later making guest appearances). The series was commissioned due to a Hollywood writer's strike and was originally intended to be a flat-out remake of the original series, with new actors playing the original characters. During pre-production it was decided to make it a follow-up series instead, although several early episodes were still remakes of original-series storylines. Followed by the popular (but unrelated, continuity-wise) Tom Cruise film series.

23skidoo 14th Sep 2015		Given recent discussion on the matter of continuation series, this one should probably be rolled into the original series: it has the same title, same concept, has one of the original cast members and is confirmed to be a continuation of the original series thanks to appearances by Barney and Casey. How does one go about combining the two?
