| | @Harley: The American and Canadian standard TV season runs from September to May, so most shows either launching new or returning for a new season generally return with new episodes in September or October, in the fall. This isn't hard and fast - there are shows that run during the summer, so-called "midseason replacements" that launch midway through the season (Jan-Feb) if a fall debut is cancelled and in the last few years shows have begun to have "mid-season breaks" where they leave the air for a few months, and that's when we've started to see limited-run shows like Agent Carter being commissioned rather than reruns which used to the be case. And with streaming shows and cable they follow the beat of their own drum. UK TV also follows this to a degree with some shows, but because most shows made in Britain have shorter seasons than the 22-24 episode US standard, and there is no obligation (unlike US TV) for shows to even air in consecutive years, it's not a hard and fast rule over there. |

| | @23skidoo Sorry thats how we say it in the UK I normally use US or Canada sayings when it's about things that concern the USA or Canada.
But theres one thing I don't understand what is a fall I hear this a lot on forums and comments saying "coming this fall" what does that mean. |

| | @harley. Cool. One thing to remember is American and Canadian programs use the term seasons. Technically speaking any show that debuts theoretically runs forever until it is cancelled, it doesn't work on "Series 1", "Series 2" and all that. So it will be Season 2 of Scream, not Series 2. |

| | I will change it I know MTV have said there will be a second series as the first series is coming to an end. |

| | If I might make a suggestion to the uploader, phrases like "There has been 1 series to date" should be avoided with shows that have a 2014 or 2015 start date as this will render the listing outdated very shortly unless it has already been announced that the show has been cancelled. |
