23skidoo 22nd Nov 2015		One of the most bizarre parts of the Addams Family popularity was the fact Ted Cassidy, in character as Lurch, had a hit single. Here's "The Lurch" from 1965. He doesn't do much for the first 60 seconds and then it's actually a bit startling! (There's a clip from the same episode of Shindig showing Cassidy out of character singing a ballad and he could actually sing.)
