TV Series
Notes In this gimmick-based sitcom, Cummings played a private detective. His gimmick was that he got around in a smaller airplane that could be converted into an automobile (the plane used, the Aerocar, was an actual product that was available for a time; this was not a fantasy series). Originally broadcast as The Bob Cummings Show, the title was changed to The New Bob Cummings Show midway through its only season to reduce confusion with Cummings' 1950s series of the same title.
