Notes

Followed an earlier The Price is Right that ran from 1956 to 1965, though the two shows had profound differences in gameplay. Early episodes were titled The New Price is Right to differentiate from the original series.

During the 1970s and again briefly in the mid-1980s an evening version of the game show was syndicated (the main difference being the value of prizes and the host, though Bob Barker did host the nighttime version at one point). There were also occasional special installments aired on prime time TV.

One of the longest running game shows in English language TV history, with Bob Barker's uninterrupted 35-year reign as host of the daytime version standing as one of the longest for a game show host.
