Harrison Ford appeared as a middle-aged Indy (age 50) in the episode "Young Indiana Jones and the Mystery of the Blues", which aired in March 1993. The made for TV moves came out starting 1994.

Since he only appeared once he doesn't qualify for the ongoing cast listing, but it's worth noting that one of the made-for-TV films that followed the series featured Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones (appearing in lieu of the senior-citizen Indiana usually featured in the wraparound sequences). At the time no one expected that he would reprise the role in Crystal Skull when he was in his 60s. I remember the show originally was an attempt at doing two shows in one, alternating between the adventures of a very young Indy (around 12-13) and a teenaged-early 20s Indy. The older Indy was immediately more popular so the show quickly became more about him. I believe the entire concept of the series spun out of the prologue of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade where we saw the late River Phoenix's version of a teenaged Indy on an adventure.

Someone can check this out if they have time but I do believe that this is the first series to feature three (four if you count Harrison Ford) actors playing the same character concurrently.
