One of the most notorious flops in US TV history, Turn-On has the distinction of not only being one of the very first American series to be cancelled after airing only one episode, it was in fact cancelled by the network during the inaugural episode, with some network affiliates even pulling the program mid-broadcast. A second episode had been recorded but was never aired.
