Small world, currently on eBay is the mono A side acetate of this album which has same handwriting as mine.
Out of curiosity I contacted the person, it turns out that he was a session player and worked at IBC studio at that time and has had the record all this time, not only that but he went to the same school and friends with the person who showed me around the studio and new his family, which I was able to update him on as he had lost contact with them.

but as you can see the code 2612 006 is there first and the other codes are on the label.

The correct catalogue number for this set is 2612 006, as shown on the back cover under the Polydor logo, and this is the only number that would have been used for ordering purposes. Polydor and Phonogram's seven-digit catalogue numbers had been established in April 1970. Correction requested.
