Ade Macrow 21st Aug 2024		Vinyl Album Carpenters - The Singles 1969-1973 (1974)	Rocket66 - the 4.36 album version is the full-length version of the 3.40 single version, that A&M shortened by chopping off the extended intro. I'd thought the longer intro was added for this album but the truth is the one most of us are best-familiar with was edited in the first place. So: same take, just shorter or full-length.

These were definitely bona-fide UK releases, not intended for export but the label situation did make it seem as if Steeleye were intent on having their work appear on as many British labels as possible.

Ade Macrow 25th Sep 2019		Vinyl Album Donovan - Cosmic Wheels (1973)	During the 1973 OPEC petrol crisis, single sleeve versions of Cosmic Wheels were pressed, minus inners and poster. These curiously used the American Epic orange-with-white-concentric-circles label design rather than the standard UK yellow label. Such copies are now very rare.
