I've moved your images to the other one and put the sleeve up to accompany it without the extra track.
Fokeman 16th Dec 2023		Vinyl Album Various Artists - British Blue-Eyed Soul (1967)	My copy has the Mono sleeve with Stereo LP. The sleeve is stickered to make up for the error although the ILP 966 shows through at the side of the sticker.

Although they have the same title and catalogue number, they are essentially different records given the different number of tracks.

It IS on the Charisma Perspective series as is defined by having Charisma Perspective in a box on the cover. You're correct that this was missed from the labels but it was nevertheless part of the series.
