Graham7 22nd Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumPink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon (1973) | On 45worlds we make separate listings for Stereo and Quadraphonic records, so we should have two entries for Yugoslavia.
On the other entry, are the back cover images with LYEMI-73009 in Stereo and the LQEMI ones in Quad? The quad front covers are marked SQ at bottom right (also on label).
All the triangle labels show Quad, all the green ones show Stereo.
(I'm a bit puzzled - I only jumped in here to tidy up the label name!)

Graham7 22nd Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumPink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon (1973) | As a side project I've linked (hopefully) all countries' Harvest labels.
I'll look at moving the Stereo (green) labels tomorrow (unless another mod can help first...)
I'm confused that the Q appears prominently in all the cat#s, which I'd assume to refer to Quadrophonic...
|
Graham7 22nd Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumPink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon (1973) | Agreed. I've changed the label to just Harvest and deleted the dual label name. There is also "Jugoton / Harvest" which I will also change to just Harvest.
There's another entry for this - LQEMI 73009, which is listed as Quadrophonic, with lots of label images, some of which are marked Stereo and should probably be moved here.
Working on it.........

Graham7 19th Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumSweet - Desolation Boulevard (1974) | Added labels, this was a 10p buy from from R+TE from way back when, without cover, but including lyric insert.
Ooh, I do like a drum solo... Go Mick!

Graham7 17th Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumXTC - Waxworks: Some Singles 1977-1982 (1982) | Labels added. Singles compilations don't get much better than this.
Was this ever distributed with a free copy of Beeswax OVED 9?
I don't think it was on initial release, the B sides one was sold separately?
|
Graham7 15th Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumGrace Jones - Nightclubbing (1981) | I've just checked. I think I've got at least one copy of this record.
Label scans added, and the detail from back cover. Actual cover too tatty to add in full.
The labels show RE-1 on both sides the wax shows RE1 on both sides plus WWI on B- meaning it's a RCA contract pressing I think - see R 2180
|
Graham7 14th Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumWilliam Shatner - William Shatner Live (1977) | re D5: Three-Way Alchemby - I've just changed spelling. Is that right? Track details copied from discogs,com?
|
Graham7 8th Jan 2015 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Rolling Stones - Out Of Our Heads (1984) | Yes, but it should be linked, and now is, to the original 1965 USA issue LL 3429
|
Graham7 30th Nov 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumDr. John, The Night Tripper - Gris-Gris (1968) | Thanks, I thought I'd looked but I couldn't see it!
PS - now realised I was looking for a UK Mono copy - which is the one I don't think exists...?
|
Graham7 30th Nov 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumDr. John, The Night Tripper - Gris-Gris (1968) | Was this released in Mono?
If not, the format needs changing to just LP.
|
Graham7 14th Oct 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumIan Hunter - You're Never Alone With A Schizophrenic (1979) | Added full page music press advert: "How To Tell If You're Schizophrenic"

Graham7 26th Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumAphex Twin - Syro (2014) | it starts like this...

|
Graham7 23rd Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumNancy Sinatra - Nancy In London (1966) | @vidman45, would you like to make a new entry for the Mono version of this?
Your label images can be moved, and a Mono/Stereo link put in.

|
Graham7 13th Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumProlapse - The Italian Flag (1997) | Possibly the last brand new LP I bought until I started again a couple of years ago.
(As per my comment, 2 years ago, on the 45 of Autocade!)
Here are the dead wax messages.
A: This Is Not A Toy
B: Keep Away From Children
C: Arkansas, Texas
D: Medieval Distortion.

Graham7 6th Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumCharles Spanner - Plays The Organ At St. Andrew's United Reformed Church, Eastbourne (1982) | Custom pressing by SRT (see back cover)
|
Graham7 6th Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumDavid Bowie - Space Oddity (1972) | Added scan of the poster.
And the labels, having just noticed they weren't here!
|
Graham7 2nd Sep 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumVarious Artists - Amnesty International Proudly Present The Secret Policeman's Ball ~ The Music (1980) | I'd argue that it should stay here. 8 tracks, running time around 34 minutes.
Note the flash on the back cover - "Profits from this Album go to Amnesty International".
Maybe it's in a smaller cover so you could store it inside your copy of the Comedy LP?
|
Graham7 28th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumCarole King - Tapestry (1971) | Re: YankeeDisc's comment below - Chris Groom's book "Rockin' Croydon" shows that the Fairfield Halls show was on 16th July 1971.
|
Graham7 28th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumCarole King - Tapestry (1971) | Brown A&M/Ode70 labels added plus different back cover.

|
Graham7 28th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumCarole King - Tapestry (1977) | I've changed date to 1977.
I've just scanned my copy (including sleeve) which has brown A&M/Ode 70 labels.
I was going to add them as a new A&M version, but I'm getting confused now by all these versions. My copy has a different A&M address (St. George Street) on the back to the one shown on AMLS 2025 (New Kings Road).
PS - As they were ready to go, I've added my images to AMLS 2025 while we decide what to do with them!
|
Graham7 19th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumVarious Artists - Million Dollar Memories (1975) | So this must be from a nine disc set - records would have sides 1/18, 2/17, 3/16, 4/15, 5/14, 6/13, 7/12, 8/11, 9/10 - for hours of continuous play on an autochanger.
I'd further guess that the full boxset spans 18 years, 1945-1962, this record being 1952/55.
|
Graham7 19th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumThrobbing Gristle - D.o.A: The Third and Final Report of Throbbing Gristle (1978) | I added this based just on the label info, I have no cover.
Have now edited it to show the full album title, rather than just D.o.A. as on the labels.
It was their second album, see Wikipedia.
|
Graham7 14th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Only Ones - Even Serpents Shine (1979) | Added cover and B side label.
I ruined my A side label, but the record itself still sounds fab - one of my all time favourite LPs.
Listening to it now.

|
Graham7 10th Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumElvis Presley - The Elvis Presley Sun Collection (1975) | Images added.
Label appears to be RCA Starcall.
I think Starcall may just be the name of a series - see advertised LPs on back cover.
|
Graham7 1st Aug 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Clash - The Clash (1977) | I've got a red circular (3.8 cm diameter) sticker attached to the inner liner of my copy, purchased 2nd hand for £2.10 in 1979ish. Is this the sticker that could have been sent in, together with an NME coupon, to get the Capital Radio EP?
|
Graham7 31st Jul 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumГруппа "Мистер Твистер" ("Mister Twister" Group) - Мистер Твистер (Mister Twister) (1990) | Russian text also added, thanks to finding it on kgsu.ru.
According to wikipedia, this album sold 1.7 million copies.
Shake, Rattle And Roll is the only track sung in English.

Graham7 24th Jul 2014 | | Vinyl AlbumIan Hunter - Short Back N' Sides (1981) | Added as USA, though I'm 90% sure I bought this new at a UK Woolworths (remember them?).
Co-produced by Mick Jones (of The Clash) who, along with Topper Headon, plays on this album.
Here's an appropriate selection : Old Records Never Die
