Vinyl Album
Pam Ayres - Some Of Me Poems And Songs (1980)
Not quite greengrocery, but I once sold a pear tree to Bryan Ferry.

Vinyl Album
The Guest Stars - The Guest Stars (1985)
Scanner should be fixed now, so watch this space!

The Guest Stars - The Guest Stars (1985)
Thanks for adding the scans, JJ, but this German edition of yours is not at all the same as my (presumably British) one. Different back cover and labels. Guess I'll need to enter mine again!

Vinyl Album
Various Artists - Les Jeunes Loups: Bande Originale Du Film De Marcel Carné
Film released in France 1968. This appears to be an Italian pressing; no idea of date. Some of the artist credits are annoyingly non-specific.

Vinyl Album
Andrew Gold - What's Wrong With This Picture? (1976)
Here's a list of 33 things wrong with this picture.

Vinyl Album
Glen Campbell - Wichita Lineman (1968)
My copy, presumably earlier, lacks the "Gold Record" stamp on the front.

Vinyl Album
Little Richard - Little Richard Is Back (1968)
Yes, mine is JOY 100. Labels (dark red rather than orange, and look older than the orange) have "Distributed by President Records" under the label name, and the sleeve has President's full address at bottom rear.

Vinyl Album
Mike Harrison - Smokestack Lightning (1973)
My copy appears identical save that the label rim text is dated 1972, rather than 1973...

22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
Dire Straits - Love Over Gold (1982)
Slightly different labels on my copy, most notably a diagonal rather than horizontal slash in "33⅓"...

Vinyl Album
Status Quo - Piledriver (1973)
My copy of this comes in what appears to be a standard UK gatefold sleeve and inner, but it came (many years ago) from a second hand record store bargain bin and I can't guarantee that it isn't a cut-and-shut job...

Vinyl Album
Chris Spedding - I'm Not Like Everybody Else (1980)
Track B4 as per label, matching sleeve, whereas UK edition makes the label "Rhythm and Blues" which doesn't match sleeve.

Vinyl Album
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band - Next (1973)
My copy's back sleeve omits the arranger credit for Pip Williams, resulting in the two lines of type near the top being quite differently laid out. I assume the omission means it's an early copy...

Vinyl Album
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band - The Penthouse Tapes (1976)
Front cover sticker proclaims "Includes Runaway and Gamblin Bar Room Blues".

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
T.V. Smith's Explorers - The Last Words Of The Great Explorer (1981)
My copy has a black on gold foil sticker advertising the free 7".

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
The Stranglers - Feline (1983)
Copies with the bonus 7" refer to that on the sticker at top right of sleeve, as well as to the single "European Female".

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
Emerson, Lake And Palmer - Emerson, Lake And Palmer (1973)
My copy has "Made in England" at the label foot (as well as "Made in UK" at nine o'clock).

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
The Electric Light Orchestra - The Electric Light Orchestra (1971)
Later pressings have "EMI Records" rim text rather than "The Gramophone Company".

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
The Wonder Stuff - Hup (1989)
Some copies (well, mine at least) have a sticker at top right of front cover giving the band name/logo.

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
Bachman-Turner Overdrive - Not Fragile (1974)
Were any copies of this pressed in the UK? I note we don't have an entry yet, and everyone seems to have a German copy instead. Another casualty of the three day week/vinyl crunch?

Klepsie
22nd May 2017
Vinyl Album
Mike Oldfield - Exposed (1979)
Sticker on front of my copy: "Two LIVE Albums For The Price Of One. 100,000 Copies Limited Edition, £4.99."

Perhaps a contender for the least limited limited edition?

Vinyl Album
Al Stewart - 24 Carrots (1980)
Despite notes above, front cover does credit "Shot In The Dark" (second row of carrots...)

Klepsie
21st May 2017
Vinyl Album
Shel Silverstein - Freakin' At The Freakers Ball (1979)
Catalogue sequence suggests 1979 or 1980 issue date.

Klepsie

Vinyl Album
The Charlatans - Some Friendly (1990)
Was so too! Straight in at number one, week of 20 October 1990, one week.

Klepsie
21st May 2017
Vinyl Album
Billy Bragg - Life's A Riot With Spy Vs Spy (1984)
My copy (marketed by Go!), though not marked as a promo, has a letter from Andy Macdonald at Go! Discs ("Dear Mark"...), a slew of press cuttings, some reviewing Bragg gigs and some the actual album (latest one from end October 1983), a bio of Bragg and a publicity photo of him sitting on some London phone books.

Unfortunately someone left it out in the sun and the orange front cover has faded badly. Beware!

Klepsie
21st May 2017
Vinyl Album
David Bowie - Hunky Dory (1971)
My copy's labels don't have the "Stereo" at the top of each side (though they have the same matrix numbers as the existing scans).

Klepsie
21st May 2017
Vinyl Album
Madness - Absolutely (1980)
Also exists on same label design but with group name below centre hole, and catalogue number plus "33 T" above it, plus sides labelled 1 and 2 rather than Face A and Face B.

Klepsie
21st May 2017
Vinyl Album
Clannad - Macalla (1985)
Some copies with sticker on front cover "Features the HIT Single "In a lifetime", Claddad -- Additional Vocals: Bono".

Klepsie

Vinyl Album
Crosby, Stills And Nash - Crosby, Stills And Nash (1969)
Unlike the US edition (and other editions currently here, save for the Italian) this one has a tracklist printed on the back cover (on top of the screen door).

Vinyl Album
The Dogs D'amour - In The Dynamite Jet Saloon (1988)
Added composer info. Inner sleeve credits A5 to Tyla, James. Label doesn't.

Vinyl Album
Electric Light Orchestra - Face The Music (1975)
Not 100% sure of the country on this one: no country on labels, but the "(P)" in brackets is typical of an Irish pressing. Of course the UK issue was on Jet. There's an Irish issue on Epic, but I think that's a later pressing.
