Monolith 4th Sep 2018		Vinyl Album Marc Bolan - Marc : The Words And Music Of Marc Bolan : 1947 (1978)	Added card insert which was still in my cassette copy of the album. I sent my LP copy away to get the single. The card has discoloured slightly over the years.

Monolith 27th Sep 2015		Vinyl Album Monty Python - Matching Tie And Handkerchief (1973)	I remember buying this LP back in '73 and being totally confused for a time with the "double groove" on the B-Side. I would say to someone about a sketch, they would come round to my house to hear it and I couldn't find it. Even searched the other albums thinking I'd made a mistake. Drove me nuts. Took me ages to realise why. It was brilliant and to a 15 year old idiot quite mind blowing. Wikipedia

But Now They're Content To Wear Stars On Their Brows (1968)	Well into the 70s Mr Bolan released non album singles, Ride A White Swan, Hot Love, Children Of The Revolution, Solid Gold Easy Action, 20th Century Boy, The Groover, Truck On (Tyke), Laser Love, London Boys & B-Sides, Free Angel, Sitting Here, Midnight and quite a few more. I had read that he didn't want the kids paying twice for the same thing.

Monolith 2nd Jul 2015		Vinyl Album Boz Scaggs - Silk Degrees (1981)	Monolith, even at £12.50 a set, you're still reasonably well in front, as against £18.00 for the Canon product. Yes Neil, that's £18 per cartridge (£90) per set. I'm very much better of at £12.50 So the £90 set is approx $180AUS
Monolith 30th Jun 2015		Vinyl Album Boz Scaggs - Silk Degrees (1981)	The last time I priced Canon genuine ink for my printer was quite a few years ago, don't even know if they still support it. They were £18 a pop X 5 cartridges, that's £90 a set. My compatibles (Black Diamond) were £2 each meaning £10 a set. My dealer recently upped his prices and now I have to pay £12.50 a set. Which is still a damn sight cheaper than Canon.
Monolith 30th Jun 2015		Vinyl Album Boz Scaggs - Silk Degrees (1981)	The first CD printer I bought was the iP3000, it went tits-up, so I bought an iP4000 as a replacement. It burned down, fell over and sank into the swamp, but I bought another 4000 and it's still running. I kept going with the Canon ones cos the software was the same and the saved templates would have been useless on a different make. I've even got a spare 4000 in the roof space in case I need it. Bought on eBay second hand. These days most of my stuff in on hard drives so I don't burn as much. But the occasional time I need the facility. Oh and I use compatible ink cos the original is out of my price range and is a rip-off.
