R.I.P.Albert Finney.You`re one of the greatest actor and singer,who only released the only album on the Motown Record Label,and I will definately treasure this album forever and I will miss you so much. .
MR B PAGE 1st Nov 2018		Vinyl Album Bryan Ferry - In Your Mind (1977)	Review This is Bryan Ferry`s Fourth Studio album originally released in 1977,and also it`s originally released for the first time on the Polydor label [in which he signed a new contract from the Island Record Label,as well as his group he fronted Roxy Music],as well as his and Roxy Music re-issue albums dated from 1972-76.This album is recorded at Air Studios,London in 1976-77,and engineered by Steve Nye [who also co-produces the album with Bryan Ferry] alongside with Ross Cullum and Nigel Walker.Among the backing vocals in this album is Jacquie Sullivan [who later went on to appear in the 1980`s girl group Bananarama,who took over from Siobhan Fahey],and this is her second appearance on this album,and her first appearance was on Bryan Ferry`s third album Let`s Stick Together,in which can be found her name on the back sleeve on the album.Overall,this album only contains original Bryan Ferry compositions,with the exception of Rock of Ages,which has jointly credited by Ferry/Thomas,and this is my favourite Bryan Ferry album,and my favourite song from the album,in which I like so much is All Night Operator as well as This is Tomorrow and Tokyo Joe,both became hit singles in the UK charts as far as I can remember,and what a terrific song from the album,and I was nearly 10 years old when this original album released,and I still like it now and bring me back memories. 3 people found this review helpful. ✔︎ Helpful Review?
MR B PAGE 14th Sep 2018		Vinyl Album [no artist listed] - Top Of The Pops: Vol. 92 (1985)	Review What a great album,and I think it`s one of my favourite albums from the TOTP series and I was 17 years old when I bought from Woolworths and I still got it and I will treasure forever and I think now can be very hard to find and probably very rare now,but I do like the front album cover so much best of all. 4 people found this review helpful. ✔︎ Helpful Review?

MR B PAGE 6th Sep 2017		Vinyl Album Steely Dan - Pretzel Logic (1974)	All the songs on this album are written by Donald Fagen and Walter Becker [who sadly passed away on the 3/9/2017] except for East St.Louis Toodle-Oo is actually written by Duke Ellington and Bubber Miley and originally a jazz piece and also became a signature for Anne Nightingale`s Radio 1 Request Show and originally broadcast on Sunday afternoons in the 70`s. In this wonderful version from this 1974 album,Walter Becker sang the melody the talk box or vocoder to imitate Miley`s trumpet style.

MR B PAGE 17th Jul 2017		Vinyl Album Roxy Music - Roxy Music (1972)	Review I remember this album from 1972,when I was 5 years old.One of my favourite tracks from their first album is Ladytron and still reminds me of David Bowie`s album called Low,especially the four instrumentals on side 2,and incidentally Bowie was actually going to record Ladytron for his next album called Pin-Ups 2,according to one of his biographies.He did perform If There Is Something with his group Tin Machine from their second album released in 2/9/1991 entitled Tin Machine 2.What a great album. 6 people found this review helpful. ✔︎ Helpful Review?
MR B PAGE 20th Jun 2017		Vinyl Album The Swingalongs - Sing A Song Of Christmas (1973)	Alan Moorhouse who arranged this album,is also best remembered co-writing with Peter Warne entitled `Boom Bang-a-Bang`peformed by Lulu for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1969.

MR B PAGE 12th Jun 2017		Vinyl Album Neil Diamond - The Best Years Of Our Lives (1988)	Produced and Arranged by David Foster,and this is Neil Diamond`s 18th Studio Album and reached no.42 in the UK album chart. Also,he is the first person to record the cover version of `Baby Can I Hold You` before Boyzone in 1997 and reached no.2 in the UK single charts and again Ronan Keating [from Boyzone] in 2005,but it failed to chart in the UK,but it reached no.42 in the German Single Charts and received a full-scale release.
