The labels differ from the printed lyric titles and/or liners, too. But the lyrics themselves, on every page, only say 'Up On The Jukebox'... As does this Special Edition 7" over at 45cat.

'You Only Live Twice' is performed by Nancy Sinatra, but the other title does not mention her at all.

I've done an extensive search (aka researched!) every album with that track title and, if the majority rules, the winners are: Maschwitz, Strachey... just like it says on image 1333415.
