In all cases the apple is below the centre of the A in Abbey Road. Its the white text that is mis-aligned or moved to the right not the apple to the left.

Later, like much later, As in, Revenge is a dish best served cold, I got my hands on their Beatles Gold Label Stereo Please Please Me with the thick cover type and never gave it back. Honors even methinks!

wordnwot 24th May 2014		Vinyl Album Emerson, Lake And Palmer - Brain Salad Surgery (1973)	Added scans of 1st press pressed in the USA by Atlantic Records at Speciality Records Corporation (only first pressings of this title have SRC's logo after the machine stamped matrix numbers, the large S with R and C in the loops) and must have -G stampers both sides and was purchased by me as soon as it came out. Mine never came with a poster so there might have been limited numbers.
