CBS records were the replacement as an independent label, and this item did not get re-issued until 1966.The UK-Philips issue, as seen here, has always been extremely rare.)

How rare is the Dutch one then ? Bought this one early on still for sale in some vinyl shop in the mid sixties.
Did Philips, a Dutch company issue this elsewhere ?
In 1966 a CBS issue was released in Holland.
